KUNJUNGAN AKSEPTOR KB DI MASA PANDEMI COVID-19 FAMILY PLANNING ACCEPTOR VISIT DURING THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC
Abstract
ABSTRAK
Pelayanan kesehatan reproduksi perempuan diantaranya pelayanan kontrasepsi (KB) merupakan keharusan dan tidak bisa ditunda.Di masa pandemi Covid-19, terjadi beberapa perubahan sebagai dampak dari social dan physical distancing termasuk pemeriksaan kesehatan reproduksi.Survei ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan gambaran kunjungan KB di masa pandemi.Dilakukan dengan metode survei deskriptif bulan Mei-Agustus tahun 2020 menggunakan kuesioner berisikan pertanyaan/pernyataan yang dikemas dalam bentuk google form dan disebarkan melalui media sosial whatshapp.Populasi pasangan usia subur dan sampel yang mengisi dan mengirimkan hasil isian kuesioner sebanyak 185 responden.Data diolah menggunakan distribusi frekuensi kemudian dianalisis secara deskriptif kuantitatif dengan tabel dan grafik.Hasil survei sebagian besar umur 20-35 tahun yaitu 145 (78.4%), 135 (72.4%) responden menggunakan alat kontrasepsi, alasan responden yang tidak menggunakan alat kontrasepsi yaitu ingin hamil sebanyak 20 (40%), Sebagian besar 117 (87%) responden akseptor KB lama dan 56 (41%) menggunakan alat kontrasepsi suntik 3 bulan, melakukan kunjungan ulang sesuai waktu yang ditetapkan yaitu 90 (67%), sebanyak 20 (18.18%) pernah terlambat suntik/ lupa pil diantaranya 9 (45%) segera ke bidan/ petugas kesehatan terdekat untuk konsultasi walau situasi pandemi corona. Sebanyak 92 (68.15%) responden menyatakan puas terhadap pelayanan KB di masa pandemi covid-19.Kunjungan ulang sebagian besar tepat waktu, namun masih terdapat yang tertunda dan bahkan tidak melakukan kunjungan ulang.

ABSTRACT
Women's reproductive health services, including contraceptive services (KB) are a must and cannot be postponed. During the Covid-19 pandemic, several changes occurred as a result of social and physical distancing including reproductive health checks. This survey aims to get an overview of family planning visits during the pandemic. It was carried out with a descriptive survey method in May-August 2020 using a questionnaire containing questions / statements which were packaged in the form of google form and distributed via social media WhatsApp. The population of fertile age couples and samples who filled out and sent the questionnaire results were 185 respondents. using frequency distribution then analyzed descriptively quantitatively with tables and graphs. The results of the survey were mostly aged 20-35 years, namely 145 (78.4%), 135 (72.4%) of respondents using contraceptives, the reason for respondents who did not use contraception was that they wanted to get pregnant as much as 20 (40%), Se A large proportion of 117 (87%) respondents were old family planning acceptors and 56 (41%) used 3-month injection contraceptives, made repeat visits according to the set time, namely 90 (67%), as many as 20 (18.18%) had been late injecting / forgot pills among them 9 (45%) immediately went to the nearest midwife / health worker for consultation despite the corona pandemic situation. As many as 92 (68.15%) respondents said they were satisfied with family planning services during the Covid-19 pandemic. Most of the revisits were on time, but some were still delayed and did not even make repeat visits.
