HUBUNGAN KADAR MAGNESIUM DALAM ASI DENGAN PENAMBAHAN BERAT BADAN BAYI 0-6 BULAN DI WILAYAH KERJA PUSKESMAS LUBUK BUAYA

Abstract


ABSTRAK

Menurut WHO (2016) diketahui sekitar 21 juta orang didunia terkena skizofrenia dan mengalami gangguan kejiwaan. Dari hasil Riskesdas 2018 prevelensi gangguan jiwa di Indonesia adalah sebanyak 7%, dan sekitar 9,8% penduduk mengalami gangguan mental dan emosional. Untuk cakupan pengobatan penderita gangguan jiwa didapatkan data klien yang berobat 48,9% berobat rutin dan 51,1% tidak berobat rutin. Tujuan penelitan ini untuk melihat efektifitas konseling terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan keluarga pasien jiwa tentang kepatuhan minum obat di Poliklinik Rawat Jalan Dewasa RSJ Prof. Hb Saanin Padang.Jenis penelitian ini adalah eksperiment semu (Quasi Experimental, Desain menggunakan model rangcangan  One Grup Pretest Postest. Penelitian ini dilakukan di RSJ Hb. Saanin Padang pada tanggal27 Agustus s/d 4 September 2020. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah keluarga pasien jiwa yang berkunjung di Poliklinik tersebut pada tahun 2020 yang berjumlah sebanyak 649 orang dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 87 orang, teknik pengambilan sampel secara Accidental Sampling. Hasil uji statistik menggunakan Uji Non-Paramentik Test (Uji Wilcoxon) menunjukkan bahwa mean range pengetahuan Pre-Testadalah 8.48±1.982 dan pengetahuanPostest yaitu 17.13±1.641, dengan nilai P-Value p=0,000 (p=<0,05), maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa promosi kesehatan menggunakan metode konseling mempunyai pengaruh yang signifikan dalam meningkatkan pengetahuan keluarga pasien jiwa tentang kepatuhan minum obat.

  ABSTRACT

Exclusive breastfeeding is one way to improve the baby nutritional status. Breastfeeding ability to help growth is determined by the nutrients contained in breast milk, one of which is magnesium. Factors that greatly affect the nutritional content of breast milk is the mother energy intake. The purpose of this study was to know the relationship of magnesium levels in breast milk with baby weight Gain aged 0-6 months old.The method of this research was cross sectional study. Research respondents were 44 mothers who had baby aged 0-6 months who breastfed exclusively at Lubuk Buaya Health Center Padang, who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. Magnesium levels in breast milk were examined at Balai Laboratorium Kesehatan (BLK) Laboratory Padang. The results showed that the average magnesium level in breast milk was 4.8 mg / dl ± SD and the average maternal energy intake was 2196.6 kCal / hari ± SD. There was a significant relationship of magnesium levels in breast milk with baby weight (p = 0.0001)In this study we can concluded that there was a significant relationship of magnesium levels in breast milk with baby weight gain aged 0-6 months.
