PEMBERIAN BUBUR KACANG HIJAU MODISCO TERHADAP PERUBAHAN KADAR ALBUMIN DAN BERAT BADAN BALITA BAWAH GARIS MERAH (BGM)
Abstract
Balita BGM memang bukan menunjukkan keadaan gizi buruk, tetapi sebagai peringatan untuk konfirmasi dan tindak lanjut. Memberikan bubur kacang hijau modisco kepada balita secara rutin sangat baik karena mengandung berbagai mineral, vitamin dan bahkan protein yang sangat berkhasiat untuk memacu pertumbuhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuktikan pemberian bubur kacang hijau modisco dapat meningkatakan kadar albumin dan berat badan balita bawah garis merah (BGM). Penelitian ini menggunakan Quasi Experiment dengan desain Pre Test Post Test With Control Group. Penelitian dilaksanakan diwilayah kerja puskesmas Se-Kota Salatiga.Jumlah sampel 24 responden dengan metode simple random sampling. Terdiri dari 12 pada kelompok eksperimen diberikan bubur kacang hijau modisco dan 12 pada kelompok kontrol diberikan bubur kacang hijau. Penelitian dilakukan selama ± 2 bulan. Pengukuran kadar albumin dengan menggunakan metode BCG sedangkan berat badan menggunakan timbangan. Hasil penelitian danya peningkatan kadar albumin sebesar 0,35 gr% dan berat badan sebesar 0,41 kg, pada balita bawah garis merah (BGM) pada kelompok perlakuan yang diberikan bubur kacang hijau modisco.Bubur kacang hijau modisco dapat meningkatkan kadar albumin dan berat badan balita bawah garis merah (BGM) di bandingkan bubur kacang hijau.

ABSTRACT
BGM toddlers do not show malnutrition, but as a warning for confirmation and follow-up. Giving modisco green bean porridge to toddlers regularly is very good because it contains various minerals, vitamins and even protein which are very nutritious to stimulate growth. This study aims to prove that giving modisco green bean porridge can increase albumin levels and body weight of under five under the red line (BGM). This study used a Quasi Experiment with the design of the Pre Test Post Test with Control Group. The research was carried out in the work area of puskesmas in Salatiga City. The number of samples was 24 respondents using simple random sampling method. Consisting of 12 in the experimental group were given modisco green bean porridge and 12 in the control group were given green bean porridge. The study was conducted for ± 2 months. Measurement of albumin levels used the BCG method while body weight used scales. The results of the study were an increase in albumin levels by 0.35 g% and body weight of 0.41 kg, in children under the red line (BGM) in the treatment group given modisco green bean porridge. Modisco green bean porridge can increase albumin levels and body weight of children under the red line (BGM) compared to green bean puree.
