HUBUNGAN RELIGIOSITAS DAN EFIKASI DIRI DENGAN PSYCHOLOGICAL WELL BEING PADA PASIEN PENYAKIT JANTUNG KORONER

Abstract

Penyakit jantung koroner mempunyai pengaruh yang cukup besar bagi penderita dalam melakukan kegiatan sehari-hari yang dapat berpengaruh terhadap kesejahteraan psikologis atau Psychological well-being. Psychological well-being dipengaruhi oleh beberapa faktor terutama religiusitas dan efikasi diri Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan antara religiusitas dan efikasi diri dengan Psychological well-being. Penelitian ini merupakan jenis penelitian deskriptif analitik, dengan metode cross sectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah pasien yang dirawat di ruangan Instalasi Rawat Intensive (IRI) RSUD Sawahlunto, penelitian dilakukan pada bulan November 2021. Teknik pengambilan sampel adalah accidental sampling, dengan jumlah sampel 35 orang. Pengolahan data menggunakan komputerisasi dengan untuk menganalisa secara univariat yaitu dengan distribusi frekuensi dan univariat dengan melakukan uji chi square. Hasil penelitian didapatkan lebih dari separuh responden 19 (54,3%) memiliki Psychological Well Being yang rendah, lebih dari separuh responden 21 (60%) memiliki religiusitas yang rendah, dan lebih dari separuh responden yaitu 23 (65,7%) memiliki efikasi diri yang rendah. Hasil Bivariat ditemukan terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara religiusitas (0,002), dan efikasi diri (0,000) dengan Psychological well being pada pasien penyakit jantung koroner. Dari hasil penelitian ini diharapkan kepada perawat agar dapat memberikan penyuluhan kesehatan kepada pasien dan keluarga pasien tentang religiusitas dan efikasi diri agar dapat lebih meningkatkan religiusitas dan efikasi diri pasien demi terciptanya Psychological well being yang tinggi.
