STUDI FENOMENOLOGI DISIPLIN DAN KINERJA PEGAWAI RUMAH SAKIT KHUSUS JIWA
Abstract
Eksistensi rumah sakit dalam menghadapi perubahan dan persaingan yang semakin ketat harus didukung sumberdaya yang memberikan hasil optimum. Kinerja rumah sakit menjadi faktor penting dalam menghadapi tuntutan perubahan. Kinerja adalah catatan dari outcomes yang dihasilkan dari suatu pekerjaan atau aktivitas spesifik dalam kurun waktu tetetnu. Untuk meningkatkan kinerja pegawai Rumah Sakit perlu mempertimbangkan proses manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia yang meliputi Disiplin, Motivasi, dan Kompensasi baik dalam bekerja oleh seorang pimpinan ke pada bawahannya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menjelaskan dan menganalisis disiplin dan kinerja pegawai kesehatan.Merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan survey dengan menggunakan pedoman wawancara untuk mendapatkan data dari para informan yang merupakan pegawai kesehatan di Rumah Sakit Khusus Jiwa Soeprapto Provinsi Bengkulu yang terpilih menjadi sampel. Jumlah informan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 5 orang. Analisis data menggunakan analisis kualitatif dimana mencerminkan pemeriksaan baru-baru ini dari topik seperti yang dikemukakan di creswell.Hasil analisis kualitatif menyimpulkan bahwa Rumah Sakit Khusus Jiwa Soeprapto Provinsi Bengkulu masih membutuhkan Sumber Daya Manusia yang sesuai untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dengan menegakkan aturan Disiplin dicerminkan oleh ketepatan waktu mereka bekerja, kepatuhan mereka pada aturan dan SOP. Hakikat hubungan disiplin kerja dan kinerja pegawai pada Rumah Sakit Khusus Jiwa Soeprapto Provinsi Bengkulu bahwa Kinerja Karyawan RSKJ Soeprapto Provinsi Bengkulu dipengaruhi oleh Dispilin Kerja Karyaawan.
