PENGARUH PSIKOEDUKASI TERHADAP KESEHATAN MENTAL IBU DAN KUALITAS PERSALINAN DI PMB KOTA PADANG

Abstract


Kesehatan mental ibu selama masa kehamilan adalah salah satu aspek penting yang memiliki dampak signifikan terhadap kesejahteraan ibu dan bayi. Banyak penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gangguan mental selama kehamilan dapat meningkatkan risiko komplikasi persalinan serta memengaruhi perkembangan anak di kemudian hari . Di tingkat global, Organisasi Kesehatan Dunia melaporkan bahwa sekitar 10% ibu hamil di negara berkembang mengalami gangguan kesehatan mental seperti kecemasan dan depresi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pengaruh psikoedukasi terhadap kesehatan mental ibu dan kualitas persalinan di PMB Kota Padang. Jenis penelitian Quasy eksperimen dengan pendekatan pre test dan post test. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan selama enam bulan, mulai dari Januari hingga Juni 2024, di PMB yang ada di Kota Padang. Sampel diambil secara purposive sampling, dengan kriteria inklusi ibu hamil primipgravida, memiliki kehamilan normal, dan bersedia mengikuti program psikoedukasi. Jumlah sampel yang ditargetkan adalah 20 ibu hamil, yang dibagi menjadi dua kelompok: kelompok intervensi yang mendapatkan psikoedukasi dan kelompok kontrol yang tidak mendapatkan intervensi. Perangkat lunak SPSS digunakan untuk menganalisis data melalui uji paired t test dan uji independen sample t test. Hasil penelitian menunjukan rerata skor kesehatan mental  ibu hamil trimester III pada kelompok intervensi sebesar 16,80 ± 1,55 dengan skor tertinggi 19 dan terendah 14, sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol sebesar 16,00 ± 2,26 dengan skor tertinggi 19 dan terendah 12. rerata skor kesehatan mental  ibu hamil trimester III pada kelompok intervensi sebesar 13,40 ± 1,17 dengan skor tertinggi 15 dan terendah 12, sedangkan pada kelompok kontrol sebesar 17,00 ± 2,26 dengan skor tertinggi 20 dan terendah 13Terdapat perbedaan kualitas mental pada ibu hamil yang mendapatkan perlakuan psikoedukasi (kelompok intervensi) p value = 0,000 dan tidak mendapatkan psikoedukasi (kelompok kontrol) Terdapat peningkatan kesehatan mental pada kelompok perlakuan terhadap kelompok kontrol.
