PENGEMBANGAN CAMPUS DISASTER SCENARIO BOOK DAN PENGARUHNYA TERHADAP PENGETAHUAN KESIAPSIAGAAN BENCANA PADA MAHASISWA BARU
Abstract
Kota Padang merupakan wilayah dengan risiko gempa bumi dan tsunami yang sangat tinggi, dan lingkungan kampus menghadapi paparan risiko yang sama. Mahasiswa baru merupakan kelompok yang rentan karena belum mengenal lingkungan kampus, jalur evakuasi, dan prosedur tanggap darurat, sementara belum tersedia media simulasi bencana yang terstandar untuk konteks kampus. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan Campus Disaster Scenario Book sebagai media simulasi kesiapsiagaan bencana dan menguji pengaruhnya terhadap pengetahuan kesiapsiagaan bencana mahasiswa baru. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development) dengan uji efektivitas pra-eksperimen one-group pretest-posttest design. Sampel berjumlah 33 mahasiswa baru Program Studi D-III Keperawatan Akademi Keperawatan Baiturrahmah yang diambil secara total sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui lembar validasi ahli dan kuesioner pengetahuan, kemudian dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat menggunakan uji beda pada tingkat kepercayaan 95%. Hasil validasi ahli menunjukkan buku berada pada kategori sangat layak dengan rata-rata skor 87%. Rata-rata nilai pengetahuan responden meningkat dari 60,2 pada pretest menjadi 85,6 pada posttest, dan proporsi responden dengan nilai minimal 75 meningkat dari 15,2% menjadi 87,9%. Hasil uji statistik menunjukkan nilai p = 0,000 (p < 0,05), yang berarti terdapat pengaruh yang bermakna penggunaan Campus Disaster Scenario Book terhadap pengetahuan kesiapsiagaan bencana. Disimpulkan bahwa Campus Disaster Scenario Book valid, layak, dan efektif meningkatkan pengetahuan kesiapsiagaan bencana mahasiswa baru, serta direkomendasikan untuk diintegrasikan ke dalam orientasi mahasiswa baru
