Melacak Keberhasilan dan Tantangan dalam Mencapai Flow Akademik: Sebuah Tinjauan Komprehensif

Abstract


Flow akademik merujuk pada pengalaman imersif yang muncul saat seseorang sepenuhnya terlibat dalam kegiatan belajar. Artikel tinjauan ini mengulas perkembangan terbaru dalam pemahaman tentang flow akademik, menyoroti faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi tercapainya keadaan ini serta tantangan yang mungkin muncul. Melalui analisis komprehensif terhadap literatur yang relevan, artikel ini membahas peran penting dari motivasi internal, kesesuaian tantangan, dan umpan balik dalam memfasilitasi flow akademik. Selain itu, tantangan seperti gangguan digital dan penilaian yang berlebihan juga dibahas sebagai penghambat potensial tercapainya flow dalam konteks akademik. Dengan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang elemen-elemen yang terlibat dalam mencapai flow akademik, pendekatan pedagogis yang lebih efektif dapat dirancang untuk mendorong keterlibatan maksimal dan pencapaian optimal dalam pembelajaran.
