PENGETAHUAN WANITA USIA SUBUR TENTANG DAMPAK COVID-19 PADA KEHAMILAN DI DESA KARANG DUREN KECAMATAN TENGARAN

Abstract


ABSTRAK

Pencegahan penyebaran COVID-19 dengan menerapkan pembatasan skala besar termasuk layanan kesehatan ibu dan bayi baru lahir. Salah satu layanan yang dibatasi untuk kunjungan kesehatan adalah pemeriksaan ANC. Risiko penyebaran COVID-19 secara lokal mengharuskan masyarakat memahami dampak COVID-19 pada kehamilan. Pandemi COVID-19 dapat menyerang wanita usia subur dan wanita hamil. Penelitian ini bertujuan  untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat pengetahuan wanita usia subur tentang pengaruh COVID-19 pada kehamilan di masa pandemic di Desa Karangduren Kecamatan Tengaran. Penelitian ini dilakukan dari November 2020  hingga Januari 2021 dengan jumlah sampel 91 wanita usia subur berusia 20-35 tahun. Menggunakan teknik pengambilan sampel dengan porportional random sample. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata nilai terendah pengetahuan wanita usia subur adalah sub variabel pengetahuan tentang pengertian covid-19. Kemudian diikuti oleh sub variabel upaya pencegahan dan penularan pada ibu hami. Sub variabel pengaruh covid-19 pada kondisi psikologis, pengaruh Covid-19 pada perkembangan janin dan skor tertinggi adalah pengaruh covid-19 pada kondisi fisik ibu hamil.Penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner yang berisi 22 pertanyaan. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan wanita usia subur di bertingkat pengetahuan baik.

ABSTRAK

Prevent the spread of COVID-19 by implementing large-scale restrictions including maternal and newborn health services. One of the services that are limited to medical visits is ANC examination. The risk of spreading COVID-19 locally requires people to understand the impact of COVID-19 on pregnancy. The COVID-19 pandemic can affect women of childbearing age and pregnant women. This study aims to describe the level of knowledge of women of childbearing age about the effect of COVID-19 on pregnancy during a pandemic in Karangduren Village, Tengaran District. This research was conducted from November 2020 to January 2021 with a sample size of 91 women of childbearing age aged 20-35 years. Using a sampling technique with proportional random sample. The results of this study indicate that the lowest average value of knowledge of women of childbearing age is the sub-variable of knowledge about the definition of covid-19. Then followed by the sub-variables of prevention and transmission efforts in pregnant women. The sub-variable of the influence of covid-19 on psychological conditions, the effect of Covid-19 on fetal development and the highest score was the effect of covid-19 on the physical condition of pregnant women. This study used a questionnaire containing 22 questions. Thus it can be concluded that the level of knowledge of women of childbearing age at the level of knowledge is good.
