PEMBERIAN PELAYANAN KESEHATAN DAN PELAYANAN RESEP OBAT GRATIS PADA MASYARAKAT DI KABUPATEN PADANG PARIAMAN

Abstract

This community service activity entitled providing health services and drug prescription services, which
was carried out on November 3 2024, was carried out in 2 places in Padang Pariaman district. This
was carried out by starting with a patient's health examination and then providing a drug prescription
service. The community received 260 patients with 260 prescriptions consisting of 25 pediatric patients,
120 adults and 115 elderly people. The most common diseases were osteoarthritis and gastritis with the
drugs used. for osteoarthritis, diclofenac, methylprednisolone and neurotropic vitamins, while for
gastritis, ranitidine and omeprazole are often used.
