PENGARUH KOMPRES ES UNTUK MENGURANGI NYERI SAAT PENYUNTIKAN IMUNISASI CAMPAK PADA BAYI

Bayi yang tidak pernah mendapatkan imunisasi, akan lebih berisiko tertular dan mengalami sakit yang lebih parah. Pada saat melakukan imunisasi campak bayi sering rewel karena nyeri setelah dilakukan imunisasi. Kompres dingin mampu menahan implus dari nyeri dapat diatur atau dihambat oleh mekanisme pertahan yang ada di sepanjang sistem saraf pusat. Tujuan penelitian untuk Mengetahui Pengaruh Kompres Es Mengurangi Nyeri Saat Penyuntikan Imunisasi Campak Pada Bayi Di Wilayah Puskesmas Sungai Tutung kabupaten Kerinci provinsi Jambi. Jenis penelitian ini adalah true eksperimen dengan rancangan yang digunakan adalah rancangan  posttest only control design. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada bulan November 2020 di puskesmas sungai tuntung kabupaten Kerinci provinsi Jambi, dengan sampel 20 orang responden, teknik pengambilan sampelnya teknik random sampling.Teknik pengolahan data, coding, data entry, tabulating, cleaning serta analisa data analisa univariat dan analisa bivariat dengan uji T-Test. Hasil penelitian didapatkan rata-rata nyeri yang dirasakan responden yang diberikan kompres es yaitu 4 dengan nyeri sedang dan standar deviasi 1,05, sedangkan rata-rata nyeri yang dirasakan tanpa kompres es yaitu 6,9 dengan standar deviasi 1,37. Ada Pengaruh Kompres Es Untuk Mengurangi Nyeri Saat Penyuntikan Imunisasi Campak Di Wilayah Puskesmas Sungai Tutung dengan nilai p value 0,001. Kesimpulan adanya pengaruh kompres es terhadap penurunan nyeri pada bayi setelah imunsasi. Terapi kompres es dapat mengurangi nyeri dan merileksasikan menjadi lebih tenang dan nyaman. Disarankan Puskesmas menyediakan es untuk  mengompres bayi yang melakukan imunisasi.

Babies who never get immunized, will be more at risk of contracting and experiencing more severe illness. At the time of immunization against measles, babies are often fussy because of pain after immunization. Cold compresses are able to withstand impulses from pain can be regulated or inhibited by defense mechanisms that exist throughout the central nervous system. The purpose of the study was to determine the effect of ice compresses on reducing pain when injecting measles immunization in infants in the Sungai Tutung Community Health Center. This type of research is an experiment with the design used is the Posttest Design. This research was conducted in November 2020 at the Sungai Tuntung Public Health Center, with a sample of 20 respondents, the sampling technique was random sampling technique. Data processing techniques, coding, data entry, tabulating, cleaning and data analysis were univariate analysis and bivariate analysis with the T-Test test. . The results showed that the average pain felt by respondents who were given ice packs was 4 with moderate pain and a standard deviation of 1.05, while the average pain felt without ice packs was 6.9 with a standard deviation of 1.37. There is an Effect of Ice Compress to Reduce Pain When Injecting Measles Immunization in the Sungai Tutung Community Health Center with a p value of 0.001. The conclusion is that there is an effect of ice packs on reducing pain in infants after immunization. Ice compress therapy can reduce pain and relax to be more calm and comfortable. It is recommended that the Puskesmas provide ice to compress babies who are immunized.
