PENGARUH KONSELING KELOMPOK MENGGUNAKAN COGNITIVE BEHAVIORAL THERAPY DALAM PENINGKATAN COPING ADHERENE PASIEN HIV/AIDS MENGGUNAKAN OBAT ARV DI POLIKLINIK VOLUNTARY COUNSELING TESTING
Abstract
Salah satu pendekatan yang menjanjikan dalam meningkatkan coping kepatuhan adalah melalui konseling kelompok dengan Terapi Kognitif-Perilaku (CBT). Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji efektivitas konseling kelompok dengan CBT dalam meningkatkan tingkat kepatuhan pasien HIV/AIDS terhadap pengobatan ARV di Klinik Voluntary Counseling Testing. Penelitian ini menggunakan desain potong lintang, dengan sampel 13 pasien HIV/AIDS dari seluruh populasi penelitian yang datang ke Poliklinik Voluntary Counseling Testing di RSUP Dr. M. Djamil Padang. Tingkat kepatuhan diukur berdasarkan Kepatuhan Penanganan, Analisis Skala Kepatuhan Obat Morisky (MMAS), dan tingkat depresi. Analisis univariat digunakan untuk mengamati distribusi frekuensi setiap variabel. Uji chi-square digunakan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan antara kepatuhan penanganan dan kepatuhan pasien HIV/AIDS terhadap penggunaan obat ARV. P < 0,05 menunjukkan signifikansi, dan data dianalisis menggunakan SPSS versi 21.0. Dampak dari konseling kelompok dengan CBT menunjukkan peningkatan hasil adaptif pasien untuk setiap parameter. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa kepatuhan penanganan meningkat menjadi 92,30% dari awal 30,76%, MMAS menunjukkan peningkatan kepatuhan menjadi 92,30% dari awal 15,38%, dan keparahan depresi pada tingkat moderat mengalami penurunan sebesar 8%. Berdasarkan hasil yang diperoleh, terlihat bahwa intervensi konseling kelompok dengan CBT efektif dalam meningkatkan kepatuhan pada pasien HIV/AIDS.
