Determinan sosial infeksi COVID-19 di Indonesia : Systematic Review

Abstract


Latar Belakang. Determinan sosial penyebaran COVID-19 merupakan faktor-faktor sosial yang mempengaruhi cara virus COVID-19 menyebar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji determinan sosial yang memengaruhi infeksi COVID-19 di Indonesia melalui tinjauan sistematis. Metode. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode systematic review dengan kata kunci yang digunakan meliputi social determinant, COVID-19 infection, dan Indonesia. Peneliti juga menggunakan boolean operators seperti AND, OR, atau NOT. Database yang digunakan yakni science direct dan Google Scholar. Hasil. Database diidentifikasi berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi sehingga didapatkan lima (5) studi yang dapat dilakukan systematic review. Tiga studi menemukan bahwa terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kepadatan penduduk dengan infeksi / kejadian COVID-19. Dua dari lima studi menemukan bahwa jumlah, rasio tenaga kesehatan dan fasilitas kesehatan berhubungan signifikan dengan infeksi / kejadian COVID-19. Kesimpulan. Terdapat hubungan antara kepadatan penduduk, jumlah tenaga kesehatan, dan jumlah fasilitas kesehatan terhadap infeksi COVID-19 di Indonesia
