HUBUNGAN ANTARA KELELAHAN DAN KUALITAS TIDUR DENGAN DEPRESI PASCA PERSALINAN PADA IBU NIFAS
Abstract
Depresi postpartum merupakan gangguan psikologis yang umum terjadi pada ibu setelah melahirkan, dengan prevalensi global yang cukup tinggi. Di Amerika Serikat, prevalensinya mencapai 14%, sementara di Asia berkisar antara 26%–85%. Di Indonesia sendiri, risiko depresi postpartum dilaporkan sebesar 50%–70%. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kelelahan dan kualitas tidur dengan kejadian depresi pasca persalinan pada ibu nifas. Penelitian dilakukan pada bulan Maret 2024 dengan desain deskriptif analitik dan pendekatan cross-sectional. Sebanyak 31 responden ibu nifas diikutsertakan sebagai sampel. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner yang meliputi aspek kelelahan, kualitas tidur, dan gejala depresi postpartum, lalu dianalisis dengan uji Chi-Square. Hasil menunjukkan sebagian besar responden tidak mengalami depresi postpartum (67,7%), seluruh responden mengalami kelelahan ringan (100%), dan mayoritas memiliki kualitas tidur yang buruk (64,5%). Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara kelelahan dan kualitas tidur dengan kejadian depresi postpartum (p = 0,000). Studi ini merekomendasikan perlunya intervensi berupa edukasi dan konseling bagi ibu nifas untuk menjaga kesehatan fisik dan mental selama masa postpartum.
